Please contact us to establish dates and locations.    50% deposit is required to secure a date.  The final 50% must be paid in full a minimum of two weeks before the scheduled date.

Weather can be an unpredictable factor.  We can effectively operate a simulated Viking Funeral up to about 10 knots (18 km/H) of wind.  In the event of higher winds, rain, inclement weather or adverse sea conditions on the day dedicated for the event, the option will be to cancel to the next available date that we have available, at no cost.  Or we can proceed with the event as planned, but we cannot guarantee that the candles will stay lit, and how long before the Viking boat sinks.

We can accommodate the cremains from two individuals at one event if you have two individuals that want to be swim together in eternity with the whales. 

You will notice that we have two rates for each geographical area.   The twilight rate is to perform the Eternity With The Whales just after dusk.  We must pay our staff a slight a premium to work on the water after dark and the pricing reflects this. 

Pricing includes delivery of the Viking boat and recovery boat to the specified location, ensuring the ash dispersal runs smoothly,  recovery and cleaning of the Viking boat, and return of the Viking boat and recovery boat to our premises. Creative Gatherings supplies only the boats and personnel to facilitate the dispersal of the cremation ashes.   Organizing music and facilities for attendees is strictly the responsibility of the client.
